The Carbide Bushing has extreme hardness and toughness. It has a hard head that can withstand strong axial impact, which to some extent blocks the impact of pressure on the shaft center. When Carbide Drill Bushings are permanently pressed into the mold plate, their shape and specifications are generally flush with the surrounding equipment, and most of the time they are tightly connected to the shaft center to reduce friction, but their ability to withstand longitudinal pressure is relatively small.
