We would like to introduce tungsten alloy material as below:
(1)Vanadium-cobalt cemented carbide
The main components are tungsten carbide (WC) and the binder cobalt (Co).
Its grade is composed of "YG" ("hard, cobalt" in Hanyu Pinyin) and the percentage of average cobalt content.For example, YG8, which means average WCo=8%, and the rest is tungsten carbide tungsten cobalt cemented carbide.Generally, tungsten cobalt alloys are mainly used in: cemented carbide tools, molds and geological and mineral products.

(2) Tungsten titanium cobalt cemented carbide
The main components are tungsten carbide, titanium carbide (TiC) and cobalt. Its grade consists of "YT" (the first of the characters "hard, titanium" in Hanyu Pinyin) and the average content of titanium carbide.For example, YT15 means that the average TiC = 15%, and the rest is tungsten carbide and cobalt content of tungsten titanium cobalt cemented carbide.

(3) Tungsten titanium, tantalum (niobium) cemented carbide
The main components are tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, tantalum carbide (or niobium carbide) and cobalt. This type of cemented carbide is also known as general cemented carbide or universal cemented carbide.
